It's 'meet-the-teacher' tonight
We've got live music, great food & entertainment - and a chance to learn more about your teaching teams and how the Syndicates work!
This annual school community get together is where you can come along to school to have a shared kai and then head into the Learning Communities to listen to the teaching teams share information about their programmes for 2019 and ask any general questions you may have (for specific questions about your child, please make a time to talk to your home room teacher on another day).
We are really wanting to make it easy for you to come along, so this year we will have a range of vendors selling food onsite – Tow Bar Burgers, Fush, Coffee Vice and our teacher-run sausage sizzle! - see the menu’s in todays newsletter. Or you are welcome to bring your own picnic.
We recognise that keeping your kids entertained can be tricky when you want to be in listening to the teachers, so we have lined up an awesome street performer, who has performed at the World Buskers Festival, to come and entertain the kids with a performance from 6 until 6.45.
There will be some staff roaming too, however your children are still your responsibility, so please be mindful of where they are.
We really want to make this a relaxed school community event, so come along and eat some food, chat with whānau and staff and be informed of the awesome learning ahead
for your children. We look forward to seeing you there!!
