How does restorative practice work?

Thank you to everyone who came along to hear Marg Thorsborne discuss restorative practice and how it works. We hope you found it interesting!

We use the principles of restorative practice to manage behaviour and relationship issues at school, rather than the old fashioned punitive approach - which research shows is not as effective. Hopefully you will have picked up some tips last night to help at home too.
